FRENCH QUARTER, Saint Martin — The Gendarmes are now conducting an investigation to determine the cause of a violent head on collision just after midnight Thursday morning.
The accident took place on the main road in French Quarter and involved two black vehicles, a Hyundai Elantra with license plate number M-9578 and a black SUV Hyundai Tucson with license plate number M-336.
Two persons were injured during the head-on collision and were was treated on the spot for their injuries by personnel of the French Ambulance Department
