PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – Minister of Justice Hon. Dennis Richardson recently received a courtesy visit from U.S. Consulate General James Moore who will be leaving his post in July. Moore has been US Consulate General for Curacao, Sint Maarten, Aruba and the BES Islands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba).
James R. Moore is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service with nearly 30 years of experience as a U.S. diplomat. Mr. Moore, who holds the rank of Minister Counselor, assumed his duties as Principal Officer of the U.S. Consulate General in Curacao and U.S. Chief of Mission to the Dutch Caribbean in June 2013.
