GREAT BAY – The United Telecommunications Service (UTS) Eastern Caribbean Division Training and Development Centre (TDC), which is managed by a dedicated and dynamic management team, namely, David Charles McGregor, Training Manager and Christine McGregor-Pennock, Operations Manager, has recently won the prestigious leadership award by HR.com, the 2015 Leadership 500 Awards, for exceptional leadership development programs.
