THE BOTTOM, Saba / ORANJESTAD, Sint Eustatius — The investigation, with the code named Hector, of the young woman found dead on Saba on April 15 has new developments after an Arrest was made on Monday June 1.
According to the Police department, A 27-year old Medical student with the initials Omar J. Elkadry, a Canadian native was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the death of the woman found in April.
The suspect was a medical student at SABA University School of Medicine. Omar Elkadry was transferred today ( June 3rd) to St. Eustatius and is presently being moved to Bonaire.
Police believe that Omar J. Elkadry is responsible for the unfortunate death of Kavya Guda (24).
