THE UNIVERSITY of the West Indies Seismic Research Centre has recorded a 5.7 magnitude earthquake off Barbados.
It occurred 125 kilometres to the northeast of the island just after 7 a.m.
Residents in several parishes have reported feeling the tremor but there are no reports of damage.
