PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — In a meeting with COSME Team Leader Diana Hendrickson-Fleming and EVT advisors, Minister Sams was briefed on how the EU-funded COSME Programme will support small and medium sized enterprises on St. Maarten. Moreover, the Minister was informed of how the Programme’s next initiative will encourage small hotel properties to be more energy efficient.
