PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The House of Parliament will meet in a public plenary session on September 30th. The Minister of Justice Dennis Richardson, has confirmed to be present for the parliamentary session.
The plenary session is set for Wednesday at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.
The agenda point are remarks made by the Attorney General Guus Schram on the occasion of the installation of members of the Joint Court on September 11, 2015.
This urgent meeting of the House was requested by the National Alliance Faction Members of Parliament (MP) W. Marlin, MP S. Jacobs, MP C. Emmanuel and Democratic Party Faction MP S. Wescot-Williams.
Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.
The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
