DOMINICA –– Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has said that 11 persons have been confirmed dead and 21 missing as a result of Tropical Storm Erika.
The Prime Minister had earlier indicated that 20 persons had died as a result of the storm.
Two French nationals are among those missing.

According to him, the 21 include residents of Petite Savanne, three from Bath Estate, three from Coulibistrie, one from Delices and one from Castle Bruce.
He continued, “I have been told that two French nationals are also missing.”
“Obviously the numbers will change…,” he stated.
