PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The Judge of Instruction extended the pretrial detention of the suspect in the bomb threat against the American University in Cupecoy by eight days yesterday afternoon.
Press Prosecutor Karola van Nie confirmed the ruling but declined to give any other information about the suspect, like his name or age.
But reliable Sources confirm 721news that the suspect name is Samuel B. Yates (37), he born in India and is holding a American Nationality.
