ANGUILLA — The Royal Anguilla Police Force wishes to advise the general public that they will be facilitating a public procession to the offices of Her Excellency The Governor Ms. Christina Scott on Wednesday 18th November, 2015.

The procession which is scheduled to begin from the Highway Tire Shop sometime around 2:00pm will be escorted by members of the Royal Anguilla Police Force Traffic Department.

“We are appealing to all those wishing to participate for your cooperation,” said A/Supt. Emris Rogers.  “The Royal Anguilla Police Force recognizes your constitutional right to peaceful protest and we will be facilitating your procession to and from the Governor’s Office.

“The Governor has agreed to meet with a delegation on your arrival to accept your petition and to make brief remarks to you.  This we will also be facilitating,” said A/Supt. Emris Rogers.

The RAPF is also appealing to members of the motoring public using the portion of the George Hill Main Road from the Tire Shop leading up to the junction of Old Ta to drive with caution whilst so tomorrow during the expected time of the procession.
