Philipsburg, Sint Maarten — Two former employees of St. Maarten Tourist Bureau Ms. Maureen Peterson and Ms. Norma Hodge, were recognized for their many years of service to the Government of St. Maarten during Caribbean Tourism Month.
Together, the two ladies have clocked some 80 years with the Tourism Department.
At a dinner held in their honor on last Saturday, November 7th, 2015 at the Holland House Beach Hotel among family and friends, the ladies were presented a plaque and a token of appreciation by the Cabinet of the Minister of Tourism and the staff of the Tourist Bureau. Both ladies are now enjoying their retirement.
