THE NETHERLANDS – Customs Officers at the Dutch Airport found, in the luggage of a passenger who came from Beijing, China, a deer penis.
In some parts of China this is apparently a customary birthday present. The deer penis is placed in alcohol, which is then drunk throughout the year.
The deer penis met all requirements by the law, and the passenger was therefore entitled to it.
On behalf of the Dutch Customs Department, they wished the man a happy birthday.
