PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – The Adult Entertainment Foundation of St. Maarten is once again planning to engage the legal system in an effort to get Government to finalize the policy for sex workers on the island.
This new policy was expected to be ready by January of this year however the Adult Entertainment Foundation of St. Maarten is still awaiting this policy.
Attorney representing the Foundation is Jiro Bloem who told us that the lack of a policy is causing serious financial difficulties for the Foundation members.
