PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – The Board of the National Alliance would like through this medium to express our thanks and deepest appreciation to the hundreds of persons who made our Congress 2016 a success.
We thank the members, supporters, and sponsors for the unwavering support which we received. Congress 2016 would not have been possible without you.
National Alliance Congress 2016, which was executed in the party’s fifteenth anniversary year, took on a different format as is customary to previous years. The need for National Alliance to strengthen its ability to innovate has been recognized for some time. With the ever changing world we live in as it pertains to technology, the Congress Committee was aware of this fact and embarked on bringing the congress not just to you the people of St. Maarten here at home, but to supporters, family and friends who were not able to be physically present.
The congress was streamed live and garnered support from viewers locally and abroad. With the young innovative minds like Guy Simmons of LCA Studios, Reginald Richardson of Vid Media Solutions, Earl “Churchie” York of Sound 2000 and their teams, this new trend in disseminating information, could not have been possible without you. Being that we are living in a technological world of today, we express our heartfelt gratitude.
The Congress keynote address was done by a dynamic young man Mr. Ralph Cantave who ignited a spark within many of the persons present. His speech will forever be embedded in the minds of those who seek political office. The congress was taken on a historical journey from the destruction of hurricane Louis to where we are today.
Mr. Cantave a lover of history, who tends to, “look back at past societies to find examples and reasoning for the development of our future,” left a resounding message to all future leaders in which to lead by. Mr. Ralph Cantave, the board of the National Alliance thank you for your astounding contribution at our 2016 congress. We see great things ahead for you in the near future.
