ANGUILLA – The Royal Anguilla Police Force has arrested and charged a 34-year-old man residing in South Hill, on two counts of rape, one count of indecent assault and one count of threat to kill.
The alleged offender, who appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, October 12, was granted bail in the sum of EC $150,000 with one surety.
His conditions of bail are that he surrenders all travel documents and report to Valley Police Station every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm. The alleged offender is also ordered not to knowingly go within 100 feet of the complainants and have no contact whatsoever with them either by himself or by an agent.
He is due back in court on January 24, 2017 to answer to the charges.
