UPDATE: Kidnap victim shows up at Police Station
CÔTE D‘AZUR, St. Maarten – Information reaching 721news stated that Wednesday, January 11, around mid-day, a person was beaten and kidnapped by 3 unknown persons at a resort in Lowlands.
At that time our newsroom was told that police were busy questioning witnesses, who saw what occurred. Later, when police entered the room, they found signs of violence.
On Thursday, January 12, the kidnap victim reported to the police station. We are not sure if the person filed a complaint.
Police spokesman Ricardo Henson confirm SMN-NEWS that the person is safe at the resort.
To date, no official press statement from the police was issued on this case!
