Road closure of A.T. Illidge Road on Saturday

GREAT BAY, Sint Maarten (DCOMM) – Ministry of Public Housing, Environment, Spatial Development and Infrastructure (Ministry VROMI), announces that there will be a road closure of the A.T. Illidge Road (Dutch Quarter) on Saturday, March 25.

The closure will take place in the vicinity of Nazareth Road from 7.00am until 11.00am.  The project is in connection with repairs to the sewage pump in the pit in the street.

Motorists are advised to pay keen attention to the traffic directional signs.

Motorists coming from French Quarter and Belvedere will use the Bishop Road and Sucker Garden Road to get to their desired location.

Residents of Nazareth Road and Union Farm will use the A. T. Illidge Road via Mount William Hill.  A detour can be via Nazareth Road through the Maccow’s property (cock pit) on the A.T. Illidge Road.
