Air France will soon be resuming its nonstop flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle and St Maarten.
The nonstop service between Paris and St Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport will resume on Jan. 13, with weekly service on an Airbus A340 with a capacity of 275 seats.
The flights will be a major boost for an island that has been working hard to recovery from the devastation of Hurricane Irma.
The weekly service will operate through March 26, at which point Air France will begin operating once-weekly flights on the slightly-smaller A330 aicraft with 208 seats.
It will also be another boost for the island of St Barth, which has been making a recovery of its own.
