PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — The Joint Court of Justice has granted the Public Prosecutor’s Office authority to prosecute Member of Parliament Theodore Heyliger.
This decision was announced today, August 21, 2018. Th.H was heard behind closed doors on August 7, 2018. Th.H. is suspected of having committed bribery between 2012-2013.
The date of the hearing is not yet known.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office will not be issuing any further statements.
