PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – An employee of Cartier on Front-street has been detained and is now in pre-trial detention.
Friday the female suspect Sheetal Sajnani was presented before the Judge of instruction and based on the request of the Public Prosecutor, the Judge granted that her detention be extended for another eight (8) more days.
Prosecutor Karola van Knee told our news room on Friday that the suspect is being detained for another 8 days following 10 days of previous police detention.
