SZV WINS BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AWARD.

PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten (Monday, November 23rd, 2015) Ms. Micheline Warner of the Social and Health Insurances (SZV) accepted the award for Best Customer Service Representative last Friday at the 10th annual Crystal Pineapple Awards of the St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association. It was Ms. Warner’s first nomination for this award and also the first nomination for an SZV staff member.

Since the launch of SZV 3.0., management and staff of SZV has been geared towards becoming a more customer focused organization. The nomination and award win by Ms. Warner is a great honour for SZV. Improving the customer service experience is a priority for SZV and the award win by Ms. Warner is a small token of validation.

On Monday November 23rd, Ms. Warner was congratulated by Mr. Glen Carty, interim director of SZV with a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a token of appreciation for her win as the Best Customer Service Representative as well as the great service Ms. Warner has been providing to SZV customers. A warm applause was given to Ms. Warner by all customers at SZV.

Ms. Warner is a staff member of the Customer Care Department of SZV, which was officially established in February, 2012. Our dedicated customer care staff members are always ready to listen and be proactive, so that they can provide great service to our customers. Our intentions for 2016 is  to expand SZV’s customer care services and tools by improving its telephone accessibility, introducing more user friendly (digital) self-service tools, a new interactive  website, and a more efficient and solutions-orientated  customer feedback system.
