ANGUILLA — The Royal Anguilla Police Force arrested and charged 32 yr. old Jermaine James of Rock Farm with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, taking and conveyance of a motor vehicle and driving without due care and attention.
James, who was arrested on Saturday 10th September, 2016 appeared before the Magistrate’s Court charged with the offences on Monday 12th September, 2016 where he was granted bail in the sum of EC $45,000.00 bond with two sureties.
His conditions of bail are that he surrenders all travel documents and not leave Anguilla without the court’s permission, report to the Valley Police Station every Monday and Friday between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm and have no contact directly or indirectly with the victim or any witnesses in the matter.
He is due back in court on Thursday 27th October, 2016.
