On Thursday, February 23, The Judge of Instruction ordered the custody of suspect Tito Fortune for 8 more days. He was arrested on February 16 and Simmons on February 21, both in connection with the MARS investigation into the disappearance of the two men S.L. Sarante-Diaz and E. Rosario.
