PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — On Wednesday, January 2nd in the morning hours, two males suspects in the murder investigation at the “El Capitan Night” on December 31st identified with initials Dante J. Ottley (24) and Stevevanus O. J. Richardson (19) (19) turned themselves in at the Police Headquarters in Philipsburg.
Both suspects were immediately arrested and placed into custody for further investigation.
