PHILIPSBURG, St. Maarten – The investigation into the murder of Akeem Isidora in Belvedere is continuing.
On Friday morning the investigating team along with the Public Prosecutors and the Judge of Instruction closed off the area in order to conduct a re-enaction of the fatal shooting which was carried out by police officer Richmar York
The fatal shooting took place on the Happy Estate Road in the district of Belvedere.

Officer Richmar York in the mean time has been suspended. He is also being detained on the island of Aruba however he was present for Friday’s re-enactment of the crime.
